Time Sensitivity
Completed registrations with full payment must be postmarked, faxed or registered online no later than midnight of the due date above to receive the discounted rate. Registrations are 100% non- refundable.
Age Sensitivity
Cultivation is intended for youth ages 12 to 22 yrs old. We encouraged anyone over the age 22 to be in a leadership position with their group. We will not be able to allow access to children under the age of 12.

Parental Permission
Youth pastors and Leaders are responsible to get written permission from the parents or legal guardians of the youth they are bringing to this event.
Group Registration
For Groups it is generally easier to have one person who is the “go to” person. We ask that one leader be assigned as the “Group Leader Designate” for each group – for reference and contact to the registration team of Cultivation.
This person will come to a group registration table at check in and will receive group materials to disburse to his group. Any communication, concerns, clarifications, changes should be made through this individual. All data obtained shall be used solely for the purpose of communicating Cultivation conference information. You have the option of registering online, or using our downloadable group registration form.
Please note that to register online you can use a credit card, check, money order or pay pal. You will need to register your group at one sitting. Please have your credit card ready and ALL the individual contact information at hand.
